Technical specifications
FIPROSTEEL 770 is a liquid pickling degreaser for stainless steel, it is also used as a de-rusting agent to remove any ferrous traces from stainless steel surfaces.
It is formulated without hydrofluoric acid, in order to avoid the dangerous toxicity of hydrofluoric acid. It is an important treatment as it not only removes grease from workmanship, but also depollutes and improves the appearance of surfaces by tending to enhance the pre-existing shine.

It should be used pure when cleaning heavily polluted surfaces. Apply it using brushes, sponges or brooms, or by spraying or dipping.
Immerse the parts in the prepared solution at room temperature.
Immersion time can vary from a few minutes to more than 1 or 2 hours, depending on the type of steel, its thickness, the type of oxide and the temperature; same time considerations for possible use by spraying, although it should be remembered that this is a liquid product with no thixotropic effect and so after a few minutes there will be dripping.
At the end of the treatment, wash off with plenty of water.
During the cold season if necessary, the solution can be heated (max. 30 °C), with rubber coils and steam passage, or Teflon-coated heating elements.
