Pickling agents for stainless steel - FIPROSTEEL Line
The FIPROSTEEL line includes acid pickling and decontaminating agents specific for the various series of stainless steel. Suitable for the removal of processing oxides (thermal and welding), rust, scale, and contaminants (including oily ones) from the surface of the workpieces.
Formulations of Fiprokim pickling agents
The variety of formulations available in the Fiprokim range of pickling products allows for the selection of multiple alternatives to meet the customer's needs. Indeed, for each type of material or surface, both liquid and gel products are available, with different concentrations and action speeds, adaptable to numerous process conditions. There are numerous low environmental impact formulations, free of nitric and/or hydrofluoric acid and suitably additivated.
Use and Operation
Each product is accompanied by a simple and practical user and operating manual (for immersion or spray applications), custom-made if necessary for the individual customer by Fiprokim Technicians. This, combined with the quality of our formulations, ensures maximum effectiveness and longevity for our stainless steel pickling agents, guaranteeing performance and savings for the customer. In addition, periodic checks by our Technicians can be arranged to ensure the perfect management of their industrial process.
