FIPROSTEEL 765 is a pickling gel for 300 series stainless steel, used especially on marbled stainless steel.
It allows for the pickling of both the welded areas only and the entire surface without leaving unsightly marks. It does not cause any usability issues, even in sunny conditions, provided care is taken not to apply it to overheated surfaces. If necessary, the surfaces must first be cooled by spraying water before applying the gel.

Use
FIPROSTEEL 765 must be used as is, applied by brush onto marbled steel used in the food and wine industry.
Mix the gel with a plastic or wooden rod, apply a layer that is not too thin onto the part to be pickled using a brush. Wait for the necessary time, which, depending on the type of steel, the thickness, and the type of weld, can vary from a few minutes to several hours.
If necessary, before washing, go over the weld with a stainless steel brush.
Wash with cold water, preferably with a high-pressure jet (pressure washer).
It is not strictly necessary, but to achieve a better result, follow the first cold wash with a hot wash.
If working inside a tank, it is essential to wear a gas mask and, if necessary, use forced ventilation.
