Technical specifications
FIPROSTEEL 754 is a pickling gel for 300 series stainless steel which has the same technical characteristics as FIPROSTEEL 758, only less viscous and therefore ready for use with a spray pump.
It allows pickling of both only the welded sections and the entire surface without leaving unsightly traces. Does not create any problems in use, even in sunny exposures, as long as you have the caution not to apply on red-hot surfaces.
If this is the case, the surfaces must first be cooled by spraying with water before the gel is applied.

Use
FIPROSTEEL 754 should be used as is with the spraying machine. Wait the necessary time which, depending on the type of steel, thickness and type of weld, may vary from a few minutes to several hours. If necessary, brush the weld with a stainless steel brush before washing. Wash with cold water, preferably with a pressure washer. Not necessarily, but if you want to achieve a better result, after the first cold wash, follow with a hot wash.

Warnings
We recommend the normal precautions when using an acid product. If working inside a tank it is essential to wear a gas mask and, if necessary, forced ventilation.
