Technical characteristics
FIPROPLUS 947 is an additive with a high co-solvent content based on non-ionic surfactants, used to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acidic cleaning solutions.
FIPROPLUS 947 is used in degreasing (including high alkalinity), dephosphating, phosphodegreasing, and organic-based acid deoxidizing baths.
Use and Applications
FIPROPLUS 947 is used in spray systems (max 3 bar), in screw and immersion washing, with and without ultrasound. It also allows for oil demulsification, aided by suitable oil separation systems.
It is recommended not to drop below 50°C. When starting work, first heat the tank to the operating temperature and then activate the recirculation pumps.
