Description
LUBROFIP 8003 are mineral-based oils specifically formulated to prevent the "stick-slip" phenomenon, i.e., sticking or irregular movement, at low speed, of slides on the guideways of machine tools or industrial machinery.
They are available in ISO 32-68-100-150-220 grades

Applications
The LUBROFIP 8003 therefore contain special and specific additives that modify the sliding friction coefficient.
The use of LUBROFIP 8003, in addition to its main application for the lubrication of guide and slide couplings on all machine tools, is recommended, with regard to the more fluid grades, for all combined systems with a single control unit: hydraulic controls and guides – slides.
They are also suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings, enclosed gears, and gear reducers.

Methods of use and storage
Store under cover if possible. If outdoor storage is necessary, keep the drums in a horizontal position and cover them to prevent water ingress. Do not store containers at temperatures above 60°C or in direct sunlight, and keep them in frost-free locations.
