Technical specifications
ULTRAFIP 612 is a product suitable for all metals. It is particularly suitable for removing polishing and lapping pastes with the aid of ultrasound. Unlike products generally used for the same purpose, ULTRAFIP 612 works in a practically neutral environment.
Usage and Applications
Use concentrations from 2% to 10%.
Sometimes lower concentrations (renewed more often) give the best results.
Use with multi-metallic materials is possible.
If there is heavy oil pollution it is advisable to refill the tank more frequently and/or to increase the concentrations.
Working temperature 50-70 °C.
Roto, immersion, ultrasonic systems.

Storage
The product fears frost and may thicken excessively and/or freeze: avoid storing at temperatures below 5°C.

Suitable for removing oils, grease, polishing pastes, tumbling, lapping, from stainless steel, aluminium, plastic. On brass and copper it also exerts a deoxidising and bleaching action.
