A multi-material effectiveness
Similarly to the products of the FIPRO SG line, these formulations also cover a wide range of materials and surfaces: different series of carbon and stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, and light alloys such as zamak. Very suitable for the treatment of yellow alloys, precious materials and plastics, in particular for the removal of processing pastes.
The products in this line adapt to numerous process conditions, but are specially formulated for use with tanks or ultrasonic washers. They are therefore suitable for washing medium and small sized components, in particular small parts or products with complex geometries. In fact, these formulations stand out for promoting the effectiveness of the vibrational action of ultrasounds, ensuring deep cleaning even where immersion degreasers fail to reach.
Use and Operation
The products of the Ultrafip line are easy and immediate to use, and for each of them our technical service will be able to give indications on how to operate, very often a simple top-up. This, combined with the quality of our formulations, ensures the maximum effectiveness and longevity of our ultrasound products, guaranteeing the customer performance and savings.
