Technical features
WATERFIP 870 is a denaturing product based on polymers, particularly suitable for water-based paint particles from spray painting systems; it acts by breaking the paint emulsion with the attached enlargement of the flakes, the paint floats and is absolutely not adhesive. It is a liquid coagulant with a high charge density. The product must not be supported by a pH corrector in the tank, only by a secondary one applied in the dirt separator area, such as WATERFIP 876.

Usage and Applications
Dose WATERFIP 870 directly into the veil delivery pump. The dosage can vary from 2% up to a concentration of 10% on the over-spray. The optimal conditions of use will be established by the Fiprokimin Technical Service in the start-up phase of the plant. In the presence of strong water movement, the product facilitates the floating of the paints, facilitating removal.
