Emulsifiable cooling lubricants based on synthetic esters

The LUBROFIP 4500 line is made up of ecological emulsifiable coolants based on synthetic esters derived from renewable and vegetable sources suitable for multiple chip removal and molding processes.
All the products of the LUBROFIP 4500 line are free from nitrites, secondary amines and formaldehyde donors.

Yield

Adequate additives allow the cooling lubricants of the LUBROFIP 4500 line to be used even in the most severe cutting operations, allowing less tool consumption and better surface finish of the piece.
Suitable for both single tanks and centralized systems.
Excellent yield with an eye to ecology.

Safety of use

The products of the LUBROFIP 4500 line do not contain substances present in the SVHC Candidate List or carcinogenic substances.
The emulsions obtained from these products are well tolerated by the operators.

Stability

The efficacy of the emulsifying package and the appropriate protection from bacterial proliferation guarantee a considerable life of the emulsion in the tank.
