Emulsifiable cooling lubricants based on synthetic esters

The LUBROFIP 4500 line consists of environmentally friendly emulsifiable cooling lubricants based on synthetic esters derived from renewable and vegetable sources suitable for many machining and moulding applications. All products in the LUBROFIP 4500 line are free of nitrites, secondary amines and formaldehyde donors.

Yield

Appropriate additives allow the lubricants in the LUBROFIP 4500 line to be used in even the most demanding cutting operations, resulting in lower tool consumption and improved workpiece surface finish. Suitable both in individual tanks and in centralised systems. Excellent yield with an eye on ecology.

Safety in use

The products in the LUBROFIP 4500 range contain neither SVHC Candidate List substances nor carcinogenic substances. The emulsions obtained from these products are well tolerated by operators.

Stability

The efficacy of the emulsion package and the appropriate protection against bacterial proliferation guarantee a long life of the emulsion in the tank.
