Description
LUBROFIP 4502 is an emulsifiable metalworking fluid formulated with synthetic esters derived from renewable and plant-based sources. It is completely free of mineral oil and is free from boron, chlorine, nitrites, secondary amines, and formaldehyde. It is suitable for even very heavy-duty machining of ferrous metals, including stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, titanium, and yellow alloys.

Thanks to its special formulation, LUBROFIP 4502 forms a stable, milky-translucent microemulsion in water, capable of guaranteeing excellent performance even over the long term.

Instructions for use and storage
Before the first filling with LUBROFIP 4502, add the specific detergent FIPRO SG 1015 recommended by the technical service and continue working for at least 16 hours.
Drain the system, rinse, and fill with fresh emulsion.
The emulsion can be prepared either manually or with an automatic mixer, by adding the pure product to the water. Never vice versa. It is good practice to shake the product before use.
In order for the LUBROFIP 4502 emulsions to retain their biostatic and antioxidant properties, it is essential not to fall below the minimum recommended concentration.
If necessary, it is possible to use the auxiliary products recommended by the technical service.
Keep the emulsion tank clean. In case of slideway oil on the surface, use an oil skimmer to allow aeration of the emulsion.
Do not store the product for more than six months. Protect from frost, keep packaging closed and away from heat sources. Avoid storage under direct sunlight (storage temperatures between +5°C and +40°C).
