Description
LUBROFIP 4502 is an emulsifiable cooling lubricant formulated with synthetic esters derived from renewable and vegetable sources. It is totally mineral oil-free and is free of boron, chlorine, nitrite, secondary amines and formaldehyde. It is suitable for heavy-duty machining of ferrous metals, including stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, titanium and yellow alloys.

Formulation
Thanks to its special formulation, LUBROFIP 4502 forms a stable, milky-translucent micro-emulsion in water, guaranteeing excellent performance even over the long term.
LUBROFIP 4502 is free of mineral oil, formaldehyde, boron and chlorine, nitrites and secondary amines.
LUBROFIP 4502 is characterised by high EP (Extreme Pressure) properties and excellent oxidation protection.
The emulsifier package has been formulated to give good emulsification capabilities with both hard and softer waters.

Methods of use and storage
Before filling with LUBROFIP 4502 for the first time, add the appropriate cleaner FIPRO SG 1015 recommended by the technical service and continue to work for at least 16 hours.
Drain system, rinse and refill with new emulsion.
The emulsion can be prepared either manually or with an automatic mixer, adding the pure product to the water. Never vice versa. It is good practice to shake the product before use.
In order for LUBROFIP 4502 emulsions to retain their biostatic and antioxidant properties, it is essential not to go below the recommended minimum concentration.
If necessary, auxiliary products recommended by the technical service can be used.
Keep the emulsion tank clean. If there is guide oil on the surface, use an oil skimmer to allow the emulsion to aerate.
Do not store the product for more than six months. Protect against frost, keep packaging closed and away from heat sources. Avoid storage in direct sunlight (storage temperatures between +5°C and +40°C).
