Whole mineral oil-based coolants

Line of neat oils for metalworking. Suitable for cutting, chip removal, lapping, drilling, deep drilling, broaching, stamping, forming, deep drawing, metal drawing.

Yield

Adequate additives allow the cooling lubricants of the LUBROFIP 5000 line to be used even in the most severe cutting operations, allowing less tool consumption and better surface finish of the piece.

Safety of use

The products of the LUBROFIP 5000 line do not contain substances present in the SVHC Candidate List or carcinogenic substances.

The careful choice of bases and additives guarantees these products excellent stability over time.

​Solvent-refined mineral-based neat oil. suitable for high speed cutting operations. The additives contained in it allow it to be used even on hard metals. It does not contain short-chain chlorinated paraffins. Suitable for boring and deep drilling, high speed milling, gear forming.

Chlorine-free neat oil, with a solvent-refined mineral base, suitable for very heavy cutting and chip removal operations on carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels. Specific for turning, drilling, tapping, threading and broaching performed on automatic lathes and for gear toothing / shaving.
