Fiprocide 74 is a liquid product based on a balanced mixture of chlorine derivatives, phosphates and silicates. Fiprocide 74 exerts its primary action as a sanitising and sanitising agent against the accumulation of organic material (bacterial secretions and biofilms) within water transport and containment systems. Fiprocide 74 has been shown to be effective in preventing and removing material build-up due to colonisation by Legionella.
In addition, due to the components present, the product protects metal equipment in contact with water from corrosion and limescale build-up.
Fiprocide 74 is prepared from raw materials that comply with the UNI-EN CEN/TC 164 'Water Supply' standards for chemicals used in the treatment of water intended for human consumption. Therefore, it is suitable for applications in water systems containing water for both industrial and domestic use.
Usage and Applications
For continuous applications dosages of 30-50 g/m3 are recommended, while for 'shock' applications 100 to 500 g/m3 are recommended.

The product should be added in a highly miscible spot.
Fiprocide 74 is to be used undiluted and not mixed with other chemicals.

Storage
