Trucks, buses, railway carriages, tankers, and any other means of transport can be perfectly cleaned with FIPRO DET 651, both for standard brush applications and by spraying.
FIPRODET 651 quickly and easily cleans external surfaces without affecting the natural gloss of paints or decals. It is also outstanding for cleaning interior plastics. Applied by spray or high-pressure jet, it is highly effective at removing road dirt, oil, grease, and traces of burnt fuel from undercarriages or coachwork.
Use and application
FIPRO DET 651, used pure or diluted in water, is used for immersion degreasing of engine-mounted parts; applied with rags, it cleans heavy machinery, carriages, walkways, floors, etc.
It mixes instantly with water and does not require agitators for dispersion.
Immersion degreasing baths have an exceptional lifespan.
For cleaning large systems, it is necessary to apply FIPRODET 651 diluted with water up to a maximum of 50% depending on the type or amount of dirt to be removed.
Leave the solution in contact with the dirt for a few minutes. If necessary, apply a second time, then rinse with a strong jet of water and dry. If possible, apply the product using high-pressure pumps. When working outdoors, it is recommended to operate in the shade and not under direct sunlight.For steam cleaning or cleaning with high-pressure pumps, prepare 20% solutions in the detergent dispenser. At the outlet, the correct concentration (0.2-2%) will be achieved.
FIPRO DET 651 is also excellent for use with compressed air pumps.In immersion tanks, FIPRO DET 651 can replace TCE or other hazardous solvents in degreasing components soiled with oils, greases, or polishing pastes.
For this reason, the product must be used cold, pure or diluted to 50% with water. Leave the components immersed for the necessary time (even overnight if necessary), then rinse with a strong jet of water. It is regularly used in repair shops, also as a replacement for solvent descalers.
