FIPRODET 651 cleans exterior surfaces quickly and easily without affecting the normal shine of paints or decals. It is also remarkable in cleaning plastics indoors. Applied by spray or high-pressure jet, it is effective in removing road dirt, oil, grease, traces of burnt fuel from trolleys or coach work.
Use and application
FIPRO DET 651 used pure or diluted in water, is used for immersion degreasing of engine mounted parts; applied with rags and cleans heavy machinery, carriages, passages, floors, etc.
.It mixes instantly with water, requires no agitators for dispersion.
Immersion degreasing baths have exceptional durability.
For cleaning large installations, FIPRODET 651 diluted with up to 50% water should be applied, depending on the type or amount of dirt to be removed.
Leave the solution in contact with the dirt for a few minutes. If necessary, apply a second time, then rinse with a strong jet of water and dry. If possible, apply the product with high pressure pumps. When working outdoors, it is recommended to work in semi-shade and not in direct sunlight. . For cleaning with steam or high pressure pumps, prepare 20% solutions in the detergent dispenser. At the outlet you will have the right concentration (0.2-2%).
FIPRO DET 651 is also excellent for use with compressed air pumps. . In immersion tanks FIPRO DET 651 can replace TCE or other hazardous solvents when degreasing components soiled with oils, greases or cleaning pastes.
. For this reason, the product should be used cold, pure or diluted 50% with water. Leave the components soaked for as long as necessary (overnight if necessary), then rinse with a strong jet of water. It is also regularly used in repair shops as a replacement for solvent descaler.
. For cleaning walls, floors and painted surfaces, apply FIPRO DET 651 diluted with water (1 part product to 20 parts water) or more concentrated as required. Scrub with abrasive brushes and then rinse and dry. It is perfect for cleaning without damaging the underlying surfaces.
