FIPRO DET 652 is designed as an alkaline degreasing product with paint stripping functions. Thanks to its formulation, it can be used in single or multi-stage spraying systems to remove contaminants from steel, cast iron and aluminium parts without altering the surface, and by immersion for cleaning and removing water-based paints from carousel guns in tanneries and/or similar establishments where this process is used.
FIPRO DET 652 is a product based on organic compounds, antioxidant aromatic alcohols and inhibitors and is used in mechanical engineering industries where degreasing treatment with simultaneous antioxidant protection of treated parts is required.
Usage and Applications
FIPRO DET 652 is used for degreasing steel and aluminium with concentrations from 1% to 5% with contact times from 1' to 5' and temperatures from 40° to 70° C.
.For washing steel, cast iron and sintered parts, concentrations of 4% to 6% are recommended without subsequent rinsing and with complete drying of the parts.
In multi-stage systems, the product can be used in the last stage in a concentration of 0.5% to 1% to ensure temporary rust protection.
For cleaning parts soiled with paint residues, such as guns, airbrushes, panels, test benches, etc., we recommend using between 1:1 and the product as is, with contact times of up to several hours.
