FIPROPLUS 900 is an additive for increasing the degreasing power of alkaline or acidic cleaning solutions. It has very high wetting and solvent power against hard-to-remove pollutants and different types of oils.
FIPROPLUS 900 contains emulsion-breaking elements, i.e. separating the water phase from the oil phase. This means that once the artefact has been degreased, the oily phase is separated (usually brought to the surface) and does not interfere with subsequent washing.
Inside, this additive contains special surfactants that inhibit foam formation.
FIPROPLUS 900 thanks to its formulation is therefore also suitable for use at low temperatures.
Usage and Applications
It is used in cleaning cycles and in phosphodegreasing spray baths.
. It is used for occasional additions at concentrations between 0.2 and 1 g/l.

Control & Power Supply
It is based on the visual verification of the maintenance of a continuous water-break film on treated parts. If the effect of the water film is discontinuous (water-break), the use of FIPROPLUS 900 should be reinforced to a maximum of 2 g/l.
