FIPROPLUS 900 is an additive to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acidic cleaning solutions. It features extremely high wetting and solvent power against difficult-to-remove contaminants and various types of oils.
FIPROPLUS 900 contains elements that break the emulsion, i.e. separate the aqueous phase from the oily phase. This means that once the workpiece is degreased, the oily phase is separated (usually brought to the surface) and does not interfere with the subsequent washing.
This additive contains special surfactants that inhibit foam formation.
Thanks to its formulation, FIPROPLUS 900 is therefore suitable for operation even at low temperatures.
Use and Applications
It is used in cleaning cycles and in spray phosphodegreasing baths.
It is used for occasional additions at concentrations between 0.2 and 1 g/l.

Control & Feeding
It is based on the visual inspection of the maintenance of a continuous film of rinse water on treated parts. If the water film effect is discontinuous (water-break), the use of FIPROPLUS 900 must be increased up to a maximum of 2 g/l.
