Technical specifications
FIPROPLUS 912 is an additive designed to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acidic cleaning solutions. It has extremely high wetting and solvent power against difficult-to-remove contaminants and various types of oils.
FIPROPLUS 912 contains elements that break the emulsion, i.e., they separate the aqueous phase from the oily phase. This means that once the workpiece has been degreased, the oily phase is separated (usually brought to the surface) and does not interfere with the subsequent washing. This additive contains specific surfactants that inhibit foam formation. Thanks to its formulation, FIPROPLUS 912 is therefore suitable for use even at low temperatures.
Use and Applications
It is used in alkaline degreasing cycles and in spray phospho-degreasing baths.
It is used for occasional additions at concentrations of approximately 10% of the concentration of the product to be additivated (for every kg of degreasing/phospho-degreasing product, dose 100 grams of FIPROPLUS 912).
