FIPROPLUS 924 is a liquid, opalescent, highly concentrated product, designed to be used as a de-emulsifier in washing processes to obtain an excellent floating effect of the oils and fats emulsified in the baths.
The formulation allows its use in spray systems (alkaline degreasing and phosphodegreasing) and in immersion systems (hydrochloric-based pickling, galvanizing).
Usage and Applications
The dosage of FIPROPLUS 924 depends on the quantity of emulsified oils and fats present in the bath.
It is therefore advisable to carry out preliminary tests in the laboratory and in the plant to determine the exact dosages of the product. Can be dosed both manually and with suitable dosing systems.
Indicatively, the dosage is between 0.05% and 2% on the bath.
According to the customer's needs, FIPROPLUS 924 can be dosed both continuously (very high oil presences) and discontinuously (weekly programmed demulsion action).
It is advisable to remove the emulsified product with suitable mechanical or physical systems.
Furthermore, if the bath is quiet and hot, the separation of the oils is favored.
