FIPROPLUS 942 is an additive to increase the alkalinity and stripping power of alkaline paint strippers for hot use, especially FIPROSTRIP 288 and FIPROSTRIP 291.
Use and Applications
FIPROPLUS 942 is used in paint stripping cycles involving the aforementioned paint strippers. When the performance of the paint stripper is no longer satisfactory, stripping times increase and/or paint removal is incomplete, the addition of this additive reactivates the paint stripper, extending the bath life and increasing the level of cleanliness of the treated parts.
