Control of bathrooms
The bath must be checked periodically and topped up if necessary in the event of a drop in paint stripping performance. This is checked by titration, in particular by determining the alkalinity.
Take 1 millilitre of bath with a graduated pipette and place it in an Erlenmeyer flask - beaker;
. Add approx. 100 ml demineralised water;
. Add 5-6 drops of phenolphthalein indicator;
homogenise the solution;
. title with 0.1 N hydrochloric acid, while stirring, until the colour of the solution changes from pink to colourless;
the consumption of hydrochloric acid required for colour change, represents the bath score.

Power supply
The minimum bath score must be 17 ml hydrochloric acid 0.1 N.
. If the score should be lower, add FIPROSTRIP 299 ADD in an amount equal to 20 kg of product for each point (ml) of acid less than 17 and per 1000 litres of bath.
The value for a bath in formation is between 18 and 19 points.
Storage
Avoid contact with acids. Plant materials may be common iron, avoid contact with galvanised and aluminium.
