Technical specifications
FIPRO AK 07 is a liquid formulation based on organic phosphonates and dispersants, miscible in any ratio with water. It prevents the formation of deposits by distorting the crystal lattice (Threshold effect) and, if the stabilization limit is exceeded, it forms a non-scaling amorphous precipitate. Through its components, it exerts an anti-corrosive action and eliminates old oxide deposits and scale over time. The product is effective up to a wall temperature of approximately 300 °C. It can be used in a pH range from 7 to 10.
Use and Applications
It possesses excellent anti-scaling and dispersing properties for open and closed water circuits with high total hardness, where scaling problems occur due to high heat exchange. FIPRO AK 07 is non-volatile and has no negative impact on the environment at our recommended concentrations.
FIPRO AK 07 can be used as is or pre-diluted with softened or demineralized water. Dosing can be carried out using an automatic system, especially if the make-up water is not constant. Dosages vary and depend on several factors; it is recommended to maintain a concentration from 30 to 200 g/m3 calculated in the circuit.

Storage
Avoid impacts and improper handling of packaging that may cause product spillage. Protect from frost (freezing point –7°C), store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed in places protected from moisture.
