FIPRODEFOAM 182 is an antifoam agent specifically designed and formulated to eliminate and control foam in gas production plants in biomass systems. FIPRODEFOAM 182 acts on the foam bubbles, facilitating the easy release of gas in the systems. The product has been successfully tested over recent years and guarantees high performance of the antifoam effect and excellent yield over time. The antifoam must be dosed directly into the systems.
Based on our experience, as a rule, with one gram of FIPRODEFOAM 182 it is possible to control a volume of three liters of foam. The activity and performance of the product are highly durable over time, and it is introduced either daily or via an automatic dosing system. An automatic dosing system could allow for better cost-efficiency by improving the product's performance. FIPRODEFOAM 182 has been specifically designed not to alter
the balance of the biomass and not to interfere with the bacteriological system and regular bacterial production.
Use and Applications
The application dosages of the product depend on the quantity of liquid to be treated and the type of foam formed.
However, it is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to determine the exact dosage and performance.

Storage
The product is supplied in 25 Kg drums. During handling, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment is recommended.
