FIPRO Dk 403 is used as a release agent in the metalworking and plastic moulding industries.
When sprayed onto the substrate to be welded, it prevents the adhesion of spatter and slag in all cases of autogenous welding. In the plastics sector, on the other hand, if applied on the surface of moulds, it prevents adhesion of the part to the mould.
FIPRO DK 403 has the advantage that, although it is an excellent release agent, like silicone products, it does not have the disadvantages of silicone products, allowing painting, printing, chromium-plating, etc. to be carried out on the treated parts.
The product does not produce unpleasant fumes during use and retains its characteristics up to 250 °C.
