Technical specifications

FIPRO DK 403 is used as a release agent in metal fabrication and in the plastics molding industries.

When sprayed onto the substrate to be welded, it prevents the adhesion of spatter and slag in all cases of autogenous welding. In the plastics sector, on the other hand, when applied to the surface of the molds, it prevents the adhesion of the molded part to the mold.

FIPRO DK 403 has the advantage that, while being an excellent release agent just like silicone products, it does not have their drawbacks, allowing painting, printing, chrome plating, etc. of the treated parts. The product does not produce unpleasant fumes during use and retains its characteristics up to 250 °C.
