Use and Applications
Transport vehicle maintenance
FIPRO DET 662 is used for the maintenance of vehicles such as: trucks, buses, railway carriages, tankers, or any other means of transport. It can be applied using brushes or by spraying.
FIPRO DET 662 cleans external surfaces quickly and easily without affecting the normal gloss of paint or decals. It is excellent for cleaning plastic interiors. Applied by high-pressure spray or steam, it is effective in removing road dirt, oil, grease, and traces of burnt fuel from undercarriages or bodywork.
Workshop maintenance
Furthermore, FIPRO DET 662, used pure or diluted in water, is used for the immersion degreasing of assembled engine parts; applied with cloths, it degreases and cleans heavy machinery, trolleys, walkways, floors, etc.
Cleaning of large systems, rolling stock, trucks, buses, etc.
Apply FIPRO DET 662 diluted with water up to 50% depending on the type and amount of dirt to be removed. Leave the solution in contact with the dirt for a few minutes. If necessary, apply a second time, then rinse with a strong jet of water and dry.
If possible, apply using high-pressure pumps.
When working outdoors, it is recommended to operate in the shade and not in direct sunlight.
Cleaning with steam or high-pressure pumps
Prepare 20% solutions in the detergent tank.
At the outlet, the correct working concentration will be obtained (0.2 - 2%).
FIPRO DET 662 is also ideal for use with compressed air pumps.
