FIPRO DET 668 is a liquid product based on caustic alkalis, eco-friendly co-solvents, ionic and non-ionic surfactants, free from any chlorinated components.
FIPRO DET 668 was developed to replace solvent-based products used in manual and lance cleaning.
FIPRO DET 668 is suitable for removing organic contaminants such as neat and emulsifiable oils. Compatible with CRS, steel, brass, and copper substrates. It may attack aluminum and galvanized substrates.

Use and Applications
FIPRO DET 668 is used in an aqueous solution at a concentration between 5% and 30%.
Application by spray lance or manual. Rinsing required.

Bath control
Bath control is carried out by determining the free alkalinity as follows:
Take 10 ml of the bath, place in a flask or beaker
Add 50 ml of demineralized water.
Add 5-6 drops of phenolphthalein and titrate with 0.1N sulfuric or hydrochloric acid.
The ml of acid consumed give the bath points, which for a 50g/l (5%) bath is approx. 5.5 points, while for a 30% bath it will be approx. 33 points.
Power supply
For each missing point, for every 1,000 liters of bath, add 9 Kg of product.
Storage
Avoid impacts and improper handling of packaging that can cause product leakage. Protect from frost, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
