Technical specifications
FIPROPLUS 701 is an additive based on co-solvents and low-foaming non-ionic surfactants. It is used to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acidic cleaning solutions. It has a very high wetting and solvent power against difficult-to-remove contaminants and polymerized oils.
FIPROPLUS 701 contains elements that destabilize emulsified oil, meaning they allow the separation of the oil phase from the bath. Therefore, once the part is degreased, the demulsified oil is separated (usually brought to the surface) and does not interfere with the subsequent washing. A separate oil removal system is recommended. The type of surfactant used also allows for use at low temperatures.

Use and Applications
It is used in spray systems at pressures below 5 bar. Usually dosed at 5-15% of the base product. Suitable for phosphate degreasing, phosphate pickling, pickling, and both mild and strong alkaline degreasing. It is dosed every time the base product is dosed, based on the percentage agreed with the Fiprokim technical service.

Power supply
It is based on the visual check of maintaining a continuous film of wash water on treated parts. If the water film effect is discontinuous (water-break), the use of FIPROPLUS 701 must be increased up to a maximum of 5 g/l. No analytical controls are required for the product.
Storage
Store in covered areas. Recommended use: 12 months from delivery date.
