Line of soluble, oil-free products. In water, they form a clear solution suitable for grinding, cutting, chip removal, and up to medium-heavy duty machining.
Efficiency
In water they form a clear solution which, during grinding, facilitates the separation of fines. In normal cutting and chip removal operations, this clear solution offers greater machine cleanliness.
Safety of use
The products in the LUBROFIP 4800 line contain neither substances present on the SVHC Candidate List nor carcinogenic substances. They are free from mineral oil, chlorine, boron, amines, and nitrites.
The emulsions obtained from these products are well tolerated by operators.
Stability
The special formulation and appropriate protection against bacterial proliferation guarantee a remarkably long emulsion life in the tank.
