LUBROFIP 4801 is a nitrite, chlorine, and formaldehyde-free soluble synthetic coolant suitable for grinding operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, yellow alloys, and those containing cobalt.

LUBROFIP 4801 is suitable for grinding operations on ferrous, non-ferrous metals and yellow alloys. It is also suitable for use with materials containing cobalt.
Use concentrations vary depending on the severity of the machining operation and the material being processed.

Methods of use and storage
Before the first filling with LUBROFIP 4801, add the specific detergent FIPRO SG 1015 recommended by the technical service and continue operating for at least 16 hours.
Empty the system, rinse, and fill with fresh emulsion.
The emulsion can be prepared either manually or with an automatic mixer, by adding the pure product to the water. Never vice versa. It is good practice to shake the product before use.
In order for the LUBROFIP 4801 emulsions to maintain their biostatic and antioxidant properties, it is essential not to fall below the minimum recommended concentration.
If necessary, it is possible to use the auxiliary products recommended by the technical service.
Keep the emulsion tank clean. If slideway oil is present on the surface, use an oil skimmer to allow aeration of the emulsion.
Do not store the product for more than six months. Protect from freezing, keep packaging closed and away from heat sources. Avoid storage under direct sunlight (storage temperatures between +5°C and +40°C).
