Description
LUBROFIP 4802 is a nitrite-, chlorine-, boron- and formaldehyde-free soluble synthetic cooling lubricant suitable for grinding, cutting and machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as yellow and cobalt-containing alloys.

Applications and Concentration of Use
LUBROFIP 4802 is suitable for grinding ferrous, non-ferrous metals and yellow alloys. Also suitable for use with materials containing cobalt.

Methods of use and storage
Before filling with LUBROFIP 4802 for the first time, add the appropriate cleaner FIPRO SG 1015recommended by the technical service and continue to work for at least 16 hours.
Drain system, rinse and refill with new emulsion.
The emulsion can be prepared either manually or with an automatic mixer, adding the pure product to the water. Never vice versa. It is good practice to shake the product before use.
In order for LUBROFIP 4802 emulsions to preserve their biostatic and antioxidant properties, it is essential not to go below the recommended minimum concentration.
If necessary, auxiliary products recommended by the technical service can be used.
Keep the emulsion tank clean. If there is guide oil on the surface, use an oil skimmer to allow the emulsion to aerate.
Do not store the product for more than six months. Protect against frost, keep packaging closed and away from heat sources. Avoid storage in direct sunlight (storage temperatures between +5°C and +40°C).
