FIPRODISK 101 is used for removing rust, oxides and scale from ferrous material without base metal attachment.
FIPRODISK 101 is used to remove scale deposits from water circulating systems (heat exchangers, various equipment) in all industries.

Usage and Applications
Use concentrations vary from 5 to 50% by volume.
.It is normally used at room temperature. To accelerate its action against rust or scale, a maximum temperature of 60 °C can be reached.
For descaling of equipment with circulation, introduce slowly from the bottom of the system to avoid air pockets and ensure that there is a vent for vapours formed during descaling.
During pickling or descaling, titrate the solution at intervals.
When the concentration in FIPRODISK 101 stabilises at a certain value, the operation is finished.
We then rinse with water and carry out neutralisation with an alkaline product.
Slowly add FIPRODISK 101 to cold water and never vice versa. The tanks must be made of an acid-proof material such as wood, ceramic, viplated or rubberized iron.

Bathroom control
Title according to the following procedure:
Take 10 ml of the solution to be analysed and place it in the glass beaker (or Erlenmeyer flask)
. Add 20 ml of distilled water
. Add 5-8 drops of METILARANCY indicator. The solution will take on a red colour.
. Titrate the resulting solution, while stirring, with NaOH 1 N until a YELLOW colour is obtained. This colouring identifies the end of the titration.
Power supply
To obtain the concentration in %, multiply the value obtained by the fixed number 1.6. Then increase the concentration to the required value.
.Precautions
FIPRODISK 101 is a strongly acidic product. Handle with protective gloves and clothing.
Use in well-ventilated rooms or equip tanks with exhaust fans.
