It is a liquid formulation based on inorganic acids and specific corrosion inhibitors. Disintegrating agent for cement deposits. FIPRODISK 102 is a liquid product for dissolving inorganic calcareous deposits in pipes or heat exchangers. FIPRODISK 102 removes these deposits and cleans the walls without attacking the metal parts.

Use and Applications
FIPRODISK 102 is used in an aqueous solution at 5 to 20%. At this concentration, it can be kept in circulation for at least 4-5 hours to perform the cleaning.
The working concentration depends on the amount of carbonate to be dissolved.
Theoretically, 1 kg. of FIPRODISK 102 is able to eliminate 0.55 kg. of calcium carbonate at 20°C.
For descaling injection pipes dirty with cement, proceed as follows. Prepare approx. 200 liters of a 20% solution of FIPRODISK 102 in an acid-resistant container. Set up a split circuit in such a way as to allow the descaling solution to recirculate (the FIPRODISK 102 solution fed into the pipes to be descaled returns to the container, from which it is returned to the circuit via a delivery pump). The duration of the treatment depends on the thickness of the scale and the speed of the descaling liquid. Generally, the time required is between 30 and 60 minutes.
After treatment, carry out a thorough rinse with once-through water. Before being discharged, the descaling solution must be neutralized with soda or lime up to pH 7-8.
Once the descaling treatment is complete, the circuit must be drained and rinsed.
After the rinsing phase, an appropriate passivating agent must be used to neutralize and form a protective film on the metal wall. If necessary, the amount of FIPRODISK 102 present in the solution can be determined by titration.

Solution control
Take 10 ml of the solution to be titrated and transfer them into the flask
