Technical specifications
FIPROPLUS 921 is an additive based on non-ionic surfactants that are over 90% biodegradable, used to enhance the cleaning effect of spray degreasing and/or phospho-degreasing products. FIPROPLUS 921 should be added directly to the degreasing or phospho-degreasing baths, in concentrations typically ranging from 0.5 to 2 g/l.
The optimal operating parameters will be established by the Fiprokim Technical Service during the plant start-up phase.

Use
Keep the degreasing solution clean and free from contaminants: skim and remove impurities such as oil or dirt floating on the surface of the bath via overflow.
Before refilling the tank, thoroughly clean it to remove any formed deposits.
