FIPROPLUS 922 is a product designed for use as a demulsifier in washing and degreasing processes and to achieve an excellent floating effect of emulsified oils and greases in the baths.
Due to its ionic nature, FIPROPLUS 922 is miscible and compatible with both non-ionic and cationic surfactants.

Use and Applications
The dosage of FIPROPLUS 922 depends on the quantity of emulsified oils and greases present in the bath.
It is therefore recommended to carry out preliminary laboratory and plant tests to determine the exact product dosages.
As a guideline, the dosage ranges between 0.05% and 2% of the bath.
Depending on the customer's needs, FIPROPLUS 922 can be dosed either continuously (very high presence of oil) or discontinuously (scheduled weekly demulsification action).
It is recommended to remove the demulsified phase using appropriate mechanical or physical systems.
Furthermore, if the bath is static and hot, oil separation is facilitated.
