FIPROPLUS 922 is a product designed to be used as a de-emulsifying agent in washing and degreasing processes and to achieve an excellent floating effect of emulsified oils and fats in baths.
Because of its ionic character, FIPROPLUS 922 is mixable and compatible with both non-ionic and cationic surfactants.
Compatible with all metals.

Usage and Applications
The dosage of FIPROPLUS 922 is a function of the amount of emulsified oils and fats present in the bath.
It is therefore advisable to carry out preliminary tests in the laboratory and in the plant to determine the exact dosage of the product.
Indicatively the dosage is between 0.05% and 2% on the bath.
According to customer requirements, FIPROPLUS 922 can be dosed either continuously (very high oil content) or discontinuously (weekly programmed disemulsion action).
We recommend removing the disemulsified oil with suitable mechanical or physical systems.
In addition, if the bath is still and hot, separation of the oils is promoted.
