FIPROSTRIP AC 273 is an n-methylpyrrolidone (toxic substance) free liquid paint stripper suitable for the treatment of iron, aluminium, zinc and alloy painted parts in immersion and hot recirculating systems.
Its balanced formulation combines high disintegrating power with a high swelling and paint release capacity.
FIPROSTRIP AC 273 is suitable for removing various types of paint, including: powder paints (polyester, epoxy, polyurethane) and liquid paints (water or solvent-based).

Usage and Applications
The product is used pure, in immersion or recirculation environments, at temperatures varying between 60 and 85 °C. The contact time depends on the quality of the paint to be removed, usually varying between 30' and 120'.
It is used for hot stripping of iron, aluminium, zinc and alloy parts.

Control of bathrooms
The liquor should be checked periodically and topped up if necessary in the event of a drop in application performance.
Take 1 ml of bath and place in a flask or beaker. Add 50 ml of demineralised water and 5 drops of phenolphthalein. The solution will turn purple. Using a graduated pipette and stirring the bath, titrate by gradually adding 1 N acid until the purple colouration disappears.
A new bath has a titre of 2.4 ml.
It is recommended not to go below 1.8 points. The minimum value will in any case be established during testing.
Power supply
Level with FIPROSTRIP AC 273 the paint stripping bath, homogenise and proceed to analytical check of the score.
To increase alkalinity by 0.1 points and for every 100 litres of bath, 0.625 kg of Alcafip 1050 is added.
Storage
Avoid shocks, improper handling that may cause product spillage.
Protect from frost, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
