METALFIP 323 is a liquid product with a neutral pH designed for degreasing and brightening in vibratory finishing treatments of die-cast aluminum.
Use and Applications
METALFIP 323 is a foaming product and is used for the polishing or brightening of cast aluminum using vibratory finishing machines, both tub and linear, with the aid of steel balls as vibratory media.
METALFIP 323 can also be used for polishing stainless steel, again using vibratory finishing machines with metallic media.
In vibratory finishing, use METALFIP 323 at room temperature and at concentrations between 1% and 5% depending on the specific application.
