Usage and Applications
PREPARATION OF A FIPROPHOS 1151 BATH
Fill the tub with clean water
. Turn on the system and heating
. Add the required amount of product to reach the desired concentration (possibly in the pump suction area)

Bathroom control
Take 10 ml of the bath to be analysed. Place in an Erlenmeyer flask and add 50 ml of demineralised water. Add 4-8 drops of phenolphthalein solution.
With a graduated pipette, titrate with 0.1N sodium hydroxide until pink colour appears.
The ml consumed indicates the bath score.

1%
2%
3%
These values are to be considered at bath formation.
Therefore, it is recommended to determine the titre before adjusting the pH.
Then once the bath has been adjusted to the correct working pH, proceed to a second determination of the score. The ml consumed will be the reference value to be maintained.
