Technical specifications

Fiprophos 517 is a liquid phosphodegreaser designed for the pre-painting treatment of stainless steel and ferrous materials.

It is used with pressure washers.

Fiprophos 517 due to its high content of passivating substances and corrosion inhibitors gives good passivation on iron parts.

Usage and Applications

The main use of Fiprophos 517 is in pressure lance spray applications to prepare metal surfaces for subsequent painting.


Fiprophos 517 concentration        517: 3 - 5 %

Solution temperature:     35 - 70 °C

Treatment times:                  3 -  5 min
