FIPROPLUS 932 is a neutralizing product to be used after acid treatment or alkaline degreasing, and it performs a significant antioxidant action during the passivation phase. The use of this formulation is recommended at the end of phosphating, acid pickling, or degreasing cycles for particularly delicate ferrous materials. Excellent passivating agent for iron and cast iron parts. Composed of alkanolamines and organic sequestering agents, it can be used both as a final passivating agent and as an inter-operational one, allowing for indoor storage.

Use and Applications
FIPROPLUS 932 can be used both by spray and immersion, using systems made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
FIPROPLUS 932 is diluted in water (preferably demineralized for final passivation) at the concentration defined in collaboration with the Fiprokim technical service.
As a guideline, depending on requirements, add 5 to 50 Kg of FIPROPLUS 932 per 1000 liters of bath to be prepared, using preheated water where required. Homogenize with the recirculation pumps for at least 15 minutes. Then proceed with the analytical control of the bath.

Bath control
Bath control is performed by chemical titration according to the method described below:
Using a calibrated pipette, take exactly 10 ml of the bath, dilute with 20-30 ml of demineralized water and add 4-5 drops of bromocresol green (BCG) indicator solution.
The solution will turn blue and is titrated with 0.1N hydrochloric or sulfuric acid until the color changes from blue to yellow.
The number of ml of acid used for the color change will correspond to the bath points.

Power supply
Based on the percentage obtained, make up the difference relative to the default value with the Fiprokim technical service.

Storage
Store the product protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. The product is sensitive to frost: store at temperatures above 5 °C.
