FIPROPLUS 932 is a neutralising product to be used after acid treatment or after alkaline degreasing and has a notable antioxidant action in the passivation phase. The use of this formulation is indicated to close phosphating cycles, acid pickling or degreasing of particularly delicate ferrous material. An excellent passivating agent for iron and cast iron articles. Composed of alkanolamines and organic sequestering agents, it can be used both as a final passivating agent and as an inter-operating agent allowing for indoor storage.

Usage and Applications
FIPROPLUS 932 can be used either by spraying or dipping, using equipment made of carbon or stainless steel.
FIPROPLUS 932 is diluted in water (better if demineralised for finishing passivates) at the concentration defined in collaboration with Fiprokim technical service.
Add 5 to 50 kg of FIPROPLUS 932 per 1000 litres of bath to be formed, using preheated water where required. Homogenise with recirculating pumps for at least 15 minutes. Then proceed to analytical control of the liquor.

Bathroom control
Bath control is performed by chemical titration according to the following method:
Exactly 10 ml of liquor is taken with a calibrated pipette, diluted with 20-30 ml of demineralised water and added to 4-5 drops of green bromocresol indicator solution (VBC).
The solution takes on a blue colour and is titrated with 0.1N hydrochloric or sulphuric acid until it turns from blue to yellow.
The number of ml of acid used for toning will correspond to the bath score.

Power supply
Based on the percentage obtained, feed the difference to the preset value to Fiprokim technical service.
Automatic: maintain set pH value with panel-probe.
Storage
Store the product away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The product fears frost: store at temperatures above 5 °C.
