FIPROPLUS 934 is an alkaline liquid detergent designed for degreasing ferrous materials, cast iron, and steel in general industry, with simultaneous rust protection. It is a formulation free of nitrites and mineral oils. Suitable for immersion leak testing.
It has high cleaning properties even at very low concentrations. Suitable for removing machining oils and workshop grime from any type of metal surface.
Thanks to its formulation, it does not leave salt deposits on the treated parts, and does not cause scaling or sludge.
Can be used without rinsing in single-stage washers, and as a passivating rinse in multi-stage systems.
Use and Applications
FIPROPLUS 934 is easily soluble and does not cause foam formation. Its solutions are stable over wide concentration ranges and even under extreme conditions of use (high temperatures, high pressures, and high water hardness). Ideal as an inter-operational degreaser.
The product is particularly suitable for hard water.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Working temperature: from ambient to 60 °C
Product concentration for bath make-up: 10 - 50 g/l
Treatment time: from 30” to 10 minutes
The Fiprokim Technical Service will provide the optimal operating parameters during the process start-up phase, based on the type of soil to be removed and the type of system.

Bath control
Take 10 ml of bath, add a few drops of bromocresol green and titrate with 0.1 N HCl (hydrochloric acid) until the color changes from blue to yellow.
Concentration g/l of FIPROPLUS 934 = ml of 0.1 N acid x 2.1.
Power supply
Maintain the concentration value established at plant start-up by the Fiprokim technical service.
Storage
Avoid impacts and improper handling of packaging which can cause product leakage. Protect from freezing, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
