Technical characteristics
FIPROPLUS 937 is a liquid additive formulated to increase the cleaning effect of degreasing formulations for immersion use. Its action promotes the removal of organic contaminants, such as oils and greases, from the surface of the material to be treated. The product is used in the cleaning of tire molds; in fact, thanks to the co-solvent and surfactant component, it is able to easily remove deposits generated during the tire molding process. FIPROPLUS 937 consists of a mixture of glycols and foaming surfactants. Compatible with both alkaline and acidic systems.
Use and Applications
FIPROPLUS 937 must be added directly to the solutions of degreasing products, although in some cases it can be used on its own. The conditions of use are as follows and vary depending on the contaminant to be removed
Immersion with or without ultrasound
Concentration 2 ÷ 100 g/l
Temperature 50 ÷ 90 °C
Time 5’ ÷ 15’

Bath control
Control of the degreasing bath is usually carried out based on the technical data sheet of the degreasing product used. For FIPROPLUS 937, no specific analytical control method is provided.

Power supply
The bath is replenished with FIPROPLUS 937 in in an amount equal to the initial ratio with the degreasing product used, depending on the desired results.
Storage
Store, where possible, in covered warehouses, avoiding exposure of the product to heat sources above 40°C or temperatures below 5°C.
