FIPROPLUS 937 is a liquid additive formulated to enhance the cleaning effect of degreasing formulations for immersion use. Its action favours the removal of organic contaminants, such as oil and grease, from the surface of the material to be treated. The product is used in the cleaning of tyre moulds; in fact, thanks to its cosolvent and surfactant component, it can easily remove deposits generated during the tyre moulding process. FIPROPLUS 937 consists of a mixture of glycols and foaming surfactants. Compatible with both alkaline and acid systems.
.Usage and Applications
FIPROPLUS 937 should be added directly into solutions of degreasing products, although in some cases it can be used alone. The conditions of use are as follows and vary depending on the contaminant to be removed
Immersion with or without ultrasound
Concentration 2 ÷ 100 g/l
Temperature 50 ÷ 90 °C
Time 5' to 15'

Bathroom control
The control of the degreasing bath is usually carried out according to the data sheet of the degreasing product used. For FIPROPLUS 937 there is no specific analytical control method.

Power supply
The bath is fed with FIPROPLUS 937 in quantities equal to the initial ratio of the degreasing agent used, depending on the desired results.
Storage
Storage in covered storage if possible, avoiding exposure to heat sources above 40°C or temperatures below 5°C.
