FIPROPLUS 933 is an alkaline liquid detergent designed for degreasing ferrous materials in general industry, with simultaneous rust protection. It is a formulation free of nitrites and mineral oils.
It possesses high cleaning properties even at very low concentrations. Suitable for the removal of machining oils and workshop grime from any type of metal surface.
Thanks to its formulation, it does not leave salt deposits on the treated parts, and does not cause scaling or sludge.
Use and Applications
FIPROPLUS 933 is easily soluble and does not cause foam formation in hard water. Its solutions are stable over wide concentration ranges and even under extreme operating conditions (high temperatures, high pressures, and high water hardness). Ideal as an inter-operational degreaser.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Working temperature: from ambient to 60 °C
Product concentration for bath preparation: 10 - 30 g/l
Treatment time: from 3 to 10 minutes

Bath control
Take 10 ml of bath, add a few drops of bromocresol green and titrate with 0.1 N HCl (hydrochloric acid) until the color changes from blue to yellow.
Concentration g/l of FIPROPLUS 933 = ml of 0.1 N acid x 2.05.
Power supply
Maintain the concentration value established at plant start-up by the Fiprokim technical service.
Storage
For transport, storage, and handling, follow the legislation in force. For further information on the product, please refer to the relevant Safety Data Sheet. Avoid impacts and improper handling of packaging which may cause product spillage. Protect from frost, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
