FIPROPLUS 931 is an additive based on non-ionic surfactants used to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acidic detergent solutions. It features extremely high wetting power for oils and polishing compounds.

Use and Applications
FIPROPLUS 931 is used both in degreasing baths (including high alkalinity), and in dephosphating, phospho-degreasing, and organic-based acid deoxidation.
FIPROPLUS 931 is used in spray systems (max 3 bar), in screw and immersion washing, with and without ultrasound. Furthermore, it enables oil demulsification, assisted by suitable oil separation systems.
It is recommended not to drop below 45°C. At start-up, first heat the tank to working temperature and then activate the recirculation pumps.

Bath control
FIPROPLUS 931 is used at a dosage of 5 to 10% of the base product, up to a maximum of 10 g/l.
No analytical controls are planned for the additive.
Power supply
Feed FIPROPLUS 931 whenever the concentration of the base saline product is increased,
at a rate of 0.5-1 Kg for every 10 Kg of base product.

Store in covered areas
Recommended use: 12 months from delivery date
