Technical specifications
FIPROPLUS 935 is a neutralising product to be used after acid treatment and has a remarkable antioxidant action in the passivation phase. The use of this formulation is indicated to close phosphating cycles, acid pickling or degreasing of particularly delicate ferrous material. It is also indicated and recommended as an antioxidant additive in water-pneumatic test baths, an excellent passivating agent for iron and cast iron items.

BATH PREPARATION
The product is diluted in water (preferably demineralised) to the most suitable concentration required for its use.
Neutralising passivating 10-60 g/lt
Antioxidant for hydraulic testing 3-10 g/lt
Antioxidant for final wash 5-15 g/lt
Passivation for inter-operational storage 30-50 g/lt
Bathroom control
Bath control is performed by chemical titration according to the following method:
You take exactly 10 ml of bath, dilute it with 20-30 ml demineralised water and add 4-5 drops of green bromocresol indicator solution. The liquid, which will take on a blue colour, will be titrated with 0.1 N Hydrochloric Acid solution until it turns from blue to yellow.
The number of ml of acid used for toning will correspond to the concentration of the bath which can be traced by consulting the following:
CONCENTRATION [g/l] SCORE [ml hydrochloric acid 0.1 N]
5 2,9
10 5,7
20 11,4
30 17,1
40 22.8
50 28.5
Power supply
For each missing point and for every 1000 litres of bath, add 1.8 kg of product.
Storage
Store the product away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The product fears frost: store at temperatures above 5 °C.
