LUBROFIP 4011 is an emulsifiable, biostatic, formaldehyde-free lubrofip 4011 suitable for heavy-duty machining and grinding of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and yellow alloys.

Formulation
Thanks to its special formulation, LUBROFIP 4011 forms a white, translucent and stable emulsion in water that guarantees excellent biostatic capabilities even over the long term.
LUBROFIP 4011 is characterised by strong EP (Extreme Pressure) properties and excellent oxidation protection.
It is free of formaldehyde donors.
The emulsifier package has been formulated to give good emulsification capabilities with both hard and softer waters.

Methods of use and storage
Before filling with LUBROFIP 4011 for the first time, add the appropriate cleaner FIPRO SG 1015recommended by the technical service and continue working for at least 16 hours.
Drain system, rinse and refill with new emulsion.
The emulsion can be prepared either manually or with an automatic mixer, adding the pure product to the water. Never vice versa. It is good practice to shake the product before use.
In order for LUBROFIP 4011 emulsions to retain their biostatic and antioxidant properties, it is essential not to go below the recommended minimum concentration.
If necessary, auxiliary products recommended by the technical service can be used.
Keep the emulsion tank clean. If there is guide oil on the surface, use an oil skimmer to allow the emulsion to aerate.
Do not store the product for more than six months. Protect against frost, keep packaging closed and away from heat sources. Avoid storage in direct sunlight (storage temperatures between +5°C and +40°C).
