LUBROFIP 4011 is a formaldehyde-free, biostatic emulsifiable coolant suitable for even highly demanding chip removal and grinding operations on ferrous, non-ferrous metals and yellow alloys.

Formulation
Thanks to its special formulation, LUBROFIP 4011 forms a white, translucent, and stable emulsion in water, capable of ensuring excellent biostatic properties even over the long term.
LUBROFIP 4011 is characterized by outstanding EP (Extreme Pressure) properties and excellent protection against oxidation.
It is free of formaldehyde donors.
The emulsifying package has been formulated to provide good emulsifying capabilities with both hard and softer water.

Methods of use and storage
Before the first filling with LUBROFIP 4011, add the appropriate cleaner FIPRO SG 1015 recommended by the technical service and continue working for at least 16 hours.
Empty the system, rinse and fill with fresh emulsion.
The emulsion can be prepared either manually or with an automatic mixer, by adding the pure product to the water. Never vice versa. It is good practice to shake the product before use.
In order for the LUBROFIP 4011 emulsions to retain their biostatic and antioxidant properties, it is essential not to fall below the minimum recommended concentration.
If necessary, it is possible to use the auxiliary products recommended by the technical service.
Keep the emulsion tank clean. In case of slideway oil on the surface, use an oil skimmer to allow aeration of the emulsion.
Do not store the product for more than six months. Protect from frost, keep packaging closed and away from heat sources. Avoid storage under direct sunlight (storage temperatures between +5°C and +40°C).
