LUBROFIP 4012 is a biostatic emulsifiable metalworking fluid, free from formaldehyde donors, suitable for machining and grinding of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and yellow alloys.

Thanks to its special formulation, LUBROFIP 4012 forms a stable microemulsion in water capable of ensuring excellent biostatic properties even in the long term.
The formulation concept of LUBROFIP 4012 allows the emulsion to have good EP (Extreme Pressure) properties and excellent protection against oxidation.

Applications and Use Concentration
LUBROFIP 4012 is suitable for machining and grinding of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and yellow alloys.
Operating concentrations vary depending on the severity of the machining operation and the material being machined.

Methods of use and storage
Before the first filling with LUBROFIP 4012, add the appropriate detergent FIPRO SG 1015 recommended by the technical service and continue working for at least 16 hours.
Empty the system, rinse and fill with fresh emulsion.
The emulsion can be prepared either manually or with an automatic mixer, by adding the pure product to the water. Never vice versa. It is good practice to shake the product before use.
In order for the LUBROFIP 4012 emulsions to retain their biostatic and antioxidant properties, it is essential not to fall below the minimum recommended concentration.
If necessary, it is possible to use the auxiliary products recommended by the technical service.
Keep the emulsion tank clean. In case of the presence of slideway oil on the surface, use an oil skimmer to allow aeration of the emulsion.
Do not store the product for more than six months. Protect from frost, keep packaging closed and away from heat sources. Avoid storage under direct sunlight (storage temperatures between +5°C and +40°C).
