METAL CLEANERS FIPRO SG

PRODUCTS FOR THE REMOVAL OF ORGANIC AND INORGANIC CONTAMINANTS FROM MULTIMETAL SURFACES

Line

A very large family of degreasing products, suitable for any type of metallic and non-metallic surface.
Acidic or alkaline in nature, they are designed for the removal of oily or interoperational contamination, as well as light oxidation. Suitable for numerous applications, they can be used both as a final treatment and as an intermediate process, for example preceding galvanic deposition or painting treatments.

A multi-material effectiveness

The numerous formulations cover a wide range of materials and surfaces: from carbon steel to stainless steel, from galvanized to aluminum, but also cast iron, zamak, copper, yellow alloys and plastic.
The products of this line, both liquid and powder, adapt to numerous process conditions, and guarantee the complete removal of any type of residue: neat oils (molding, lamination, drawing), emulsifiable (CNC), protective and phosphate coatings. (sheets and coils), polymeric films and silicones, pastes, greases and also metal shavings and particulates.

Use and Operation

The products of this line can be used manually, in immersion tanks, in spray machines (tunnel, screw conveyor, etc.), parts washing machines, high pressure systems, with lance and with pressure washers. They can also be used in tanks or ultrasound systems, as an alternative to the more specific products of the Ultrafip line.
Each product is associated with a simple and practical use and operating manual (in the case of immersion or spray application), sometimes made ad hoc for the individual customer by our technicians. This, combined with the quality of our formulations, ensures the maximum effectiveness and longevity of our degreasing products, guaranteeing the customer performance and savings.

Alkaline degreaser based on sequestrants, polyphosphates, controlled foam surfactants and silicates. Also suitable at low temperatures for spray or immersion degreasing (with and without ultrasound) of iron, steel, zinc and alloys, extruded and die-cast aluminum before phosphating.

Slightly alkaline liquid degreaser, based on amines. In single-stage and two-stage, it lends itself to the removal of emulsifiable and whole oils. Ideal for brass.
