Technical specifications
FIPROPLUS 927 is a liquid product, based on fluorine and zirconium salts, suitable for chrome-free passivation of metals such as aluminium, zinc and ferrous materials. It is usually used as the final passivation stage in pre-paint degreasing processes.
The product can be used for both immersion and spray applications.

If the liquor concentration is higher than 10 g/l, it is preferable to follow passivation with a demi-water rinse.

Bathroom control
For a longer bath life, demineralised water is recommended. In any case, the conductivity of the bath should not exceed 1000 μS/cm.
The concentration of the bath should be maintained by means of PH, which can be supplied by an automatic instrument.

Storage
Detach FIPROPLUS 927 at temperatures between 7 °C and 40 °C.
We recommend handling the pure product and its solutions wearing suitable gloves and protective clothing.
